Most websites get harder to manage because of how they were put together. We build every website from tested sections, arranged around your content. Your team can update it without a developer, and it doesn't depend on one person.
How we work
A website that stays easy to change, long after launch.

Step by step
From first call to launch, and after
Here's every step, so you know what happens, what we'll need from you, and what you get.
Start with a free review
Share your screen and walk us through your website. We'll explain what's working, what may cause problems, and what we'd address first. You keep the advice, whether or not you hire us.
We gather what we need
We send you a short checklist: your services, text, photos, and the accounts we'll set up in your name. [PLACEHOLDER: intake checklist]
Know the price before we start
We define the scope and give you a price before work begins. You'll review and approve each stage before paying for the next.
We build the base, then your pages
First we set up the design and the sections your website needs. Then we fill them with your content. A person reviews the work before it goes live.
We train your team
We show your team how to update pages, text, and images, and how to add new pages from sections. You get a short guide to keep.
After launch, you choose
Run it yourselves, or let us look after it on a monthly plan: hosting, tested updates, backups, monitoring, and support when you need help.
How it's put together
Three ideas behind every website we build
You don't need to know how websites work to understand this.
Every page is made of sections
An introduction, a list of services, prices, photos, questions and answers, a contact form. Each one is a section we've already designed and tested.
We arrange them around your business
We don't squeeze your business into a fixed template. We choose the sections your pages need, put them in the right order, and set the colors and type to match your business.
Your content is kept apart from the design
Your text, images, and pages are stored separately from how they look. You can change the words without breaking the layout, and we can improve the layout without retyping your words.
What this means for you
Fewer reasons to call a developer
Small changes don't need a developer
Your team can update pages, text, and images without changing the underlying design. Editing training is included with every website and store package.
New pages without starting over
Need a page for a new service or a seasonal offer? Pick the sections it needs and fill them in. Adding a page doesn't mean rebuilding the website.
No pile of add-ons
The features your website uses are part of the same set of tested sections, not separate plugins from different companies. There are fewer pieces to clash after an update.
Not tied to one person
Every website is built the same way, so anyone on our team can pick up the work. You aren't left waiting for the one person who built it.
Changes can be undone
Every change is saved with a record of what changed. If something is edited by mistake, the earlier version can be brought back.
Made for phones first
Every section is designed to work on a phone first, because that's where many of your customers will see your website.
After launch
Run it yourselves, or let us look after it
After launch, your team can keep the website up to date on their own. If you'd rather not think about it, a monthly plan covers hosting, tested updates, daily backups, monitoring, and support when you need a hand.
When your business grows and you need something new, like a new feature, a new kind of page, or a fresh design, we'll scope it and give you a price before any work begins.

See it for yourself
You're looking at it
This website is built the same way. Every page you've seen here is made from the same sections we use for client websites, and so is our sample website.
Open it on your phone, try it on a computer, and judge it for yourself.

Questions owners ask
No. A website builder gives everyone the same tools and leaves the building to you. We build your website for you, using our own tested sections, and your team edits the content afterwards.
No. You'll change text and images in simple forms, not code. Editing training is included with every website and store package, so your team knows how to make everyday changes.
A Template Website is ready in 5 business days. A Custom Website takes 2–3 weeks. Online store timing is agreed per project, once we've seen your catalog.
Your text, photos, logo, and a list of your services or products. We'll send a checklist, and we can write the copy for you. [PLACEHOLDER: intake checklist]
No. The sections are the starting point, not the finished look. The colors, type, images, and order of sections are set for your business. The Custom Website package includes a design made for your business.
Tell us during the review. If it belongs on a website or online store, we can build a new section for it, and we'll give you a price first.
You own the code and content. See Security & Ownership for how access and accounts are handled.

We'll review your current website, explain what we find, and help you decide what makes sense to do next.
For the review, just share your screen. We won't need your passwords or account access.
